- Service outages lasting more than 24 hours during your active period

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for refunds, except in cases of technical errors or unauthorized transactions.

Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days

- Any unused credits will be removed from your account
- You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Credits that have been used to generate sketches
- Partial refunds for partially used credit packages
- Refunds requested due to dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality
- Refunds for purchases made more than 30 days ago
- Refunds for promotional or discounted credit packages
Credit Expiration
Purchased credits do not expire and can be used at any time. However, if your account remains inactive for more than 2 years, we reserve the right to suspend or close the account, and any remaining credits will be forfeited.
Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision, you may request a review by providing additional documentation or evidence. All disputes will be reviewed by our management team, and decisions are final.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company, we may suspend your account until the dispute is resolved. We encourage customers to contact us directly first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
